| Description | The primary work consists of elements listed below. 1. Establish required protections and access to maintain an operational park and the Uncle Wilber Fountain. 2. Demolish existing pavements, plants, infrastructure and other existing conditions within the project limit of work. 3. Salvage and relocate existing trash receptacles. 4.
