The .65-acre park site work includes, but not limited to a new concrete plaza, paver plaza, and walking paths, concrete retaining wall and seatwalls, footing/foundation for the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, minor drainage, electrical conduit, site grading, soil preparation, channelization, permanent signing, and installation of City-purchased site furnishings Engineer's Estimate: $274,403 to $320,137 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
