Description

Remodel the 2nd floor of WTA's Maintenance, Operations and Administration Base. The remodel will enclose the upstairs open area for Training providing them with dedicated classroom space and a larger office to accommodate staff more comfortably. The project will add two new offices where the existing work room is allowing Finance staff to all be located in the same area and relocate the workroom. Finally, move the IT director office from the center of the IT space to the end and create a larger workspace for their team. Project will consist of demolition of existing interior walls. Construction of new interior partitions and installation of new finishes such as carpets and paint.
