| Description | The work shall consist of approximately 13,000 square yards of cold plane pavement removal (3-inch average depth) and placement of 3,155 tons of Level 2, 1/2 Inch ACP Mixture. The project has a limited amount of funds, and will be adjusted based on bid results and the amount of available funds if acceptable to the apparent low bidder. The contract time for all work shall be forty five (45) calendar days. The City of La Grande may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements listed in the Contract Documents, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
