Description

The Prout Park Improvements will include site preparation and improvements, including, but not limited to: 1. Expansion of the existing parking lot including repaving and restriping; 2. Removal of existing tennis courts and creation of pickleball courts in place; 3. Construction of new onsite asphalt sidewalks; 4. Installation of new lighting including underground conduit, poles, bases and light fixtures; 5. Installation of new benches, trash receptacles, fencing and landscaping.
