Description

The project includes replacement of approximately 1074' of 6" water main on Lake St. from approximately E. Shady Oak Drive to the pump house on southwest side of Peoria Country Club golf course. 1.02 TYPE OF BID A. Bids for the "Village of Peoria Heights - Lake St. Water Main Replacement" will be received and preliminarily evaluated on a Unit Price basis. B. The OWNER reserves the right to evaluate alternate forms of contractual methodology. The OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, informalities, and to reject any and all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the unit cost bid.
