HVAC, Refrigeration, and Boiler Maintenance and Repair

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for on call as needed services for mechanical general repair, parts replacement and/or entire equipment replacement service for HVAC, refrigeration and boiler components to ensure safe and efficient operation of a State facility utilizing limited and unlimited licensing with a minimum four (4) hour response time covering twenty-four (24) institutions spread out over five (5) regions. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. The State has the right to reject any or all Bids and to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security, or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
