McIntyre Sewer System

Project consists of four contracts Contract 1: McIntyre Land Application System (LAS) which consists of the construction of a land application system with an aerated pond, storage pond, vertical turbine pump station, a building, and a land application sprayfield; new power distribution system; miscellaneous other work and improvements; all material, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings. Contract 2: McIntyre Gravity Sewer Collection System which consists of the construction of a new gravity sewer system for the City which includes construction of approximately 47,000 linear feet (LF) of gravity sewer collection system; miscellaneous other work and improvements; all material, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings. Contract 3: McIntyre Pump Station and Forcemain System which consists of the construction of five submersible pump stations; construction of approximately 45,000 LF of forcemains; miscellaneous other work and improvements; all material, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings. Contract 4: McIntyre Individual Grinder Pumps, Septic Tank Abandonment, and Residential Connection which consists of the abandonment of existing residential septic tanks; construction of residential service lateral connections; individual grinder pumps; low pressure sewer; miscellaneous other work and improvements; all material, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work as described in the Contract Documents and Contract Drawings.
