The project includes, but is not limited to, pulverizing the existing asphalt runway and base stone to a depth of 12” and reusing for a reclaimed asphalt base course, placement of a new bituminous asphalt pavement surface course, site grading, installation of PVC underdrain system, airfield lighting system rehabilitation, electrical vault relocation, and application of new runway and taxiway pavement markings
