Description | The Department of Defense (DoD), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) has a requirement for a vendor to perform Vehicle Access Control Point (VACP), and Force Protection Equipment Maintenance & Repair Services, at the Pentagon and other locations, with-in PFPA Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contractor must have the majority of the equipment’s critical fail vehicle barrier parts listed on GSA Schedule. The contractor must have critical spare parts, in stock and, on GSA Schedule for immediate repair. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service personnel performing the services. Task Areas: The contractor must address their experience and past performance with the following 3 Task Areas. Provide information to demonstrate how the Offeror’s experience and recent past performance (last 3 years) are relevant to the technical areas listed, including the period of performance, size, and scope of the Offeror’s prior contracts, if applicable. If Offeror has no experience or past performance in any of the task areas, please say “Not Applicable for the corresponding task. Please identify which specific task areas are being addressed in the capability statement. 1. Task 1: Normal Repairs - A normal repair is determined by the government (based on threat and risk) and requires a response within eight (8) normal business hours and repair within 48 hours, “Unless” granted an extension by the Government. This is based on threat, vulnerability, and countermeasures. (excluding weekends, off-hours, and federal holidays) 2. Task 2: Emergency Repairs - An emergency repair is determined by the Government and requires response within two (2) hours and repair within twelve (12) hours, (any time/date including weekends, off-hours, and federal holidays) “Unless” granted an extension by the Government. This is based on threat, vulnerability, and countermeasures. 3. Task 3: Preventative Maintenance - The Contractor shall provide bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance (PM) on all barriers, gates, and gate arms. |
