Description | DPMC Classifications: C009 with C032, C047, C066 & C069 OR C066 with C032, C047 & C069 Roofing removal and replacement of roof area #1 with .060 EPDM Single-Ply Membrane Roofing System with a Twenty (20) Year - NDL Warranty and all associated work; Provide and install pre-finished aluminum metal edge, fascia extender, coping and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Remove and replace the existing skylights with polycarbonate impact resistant sealed skylights, provide new insulated curb, replace the painted gypsum board in the light well and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new portable skylight guards and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new mechanically keyed stainless steel flashing / counterflashing, weep holes, architectural cmu and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install expansion joint assembly at rising wall tie-in and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install roof expansion joints, pre-finished aluminum cover and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new rooftop unit rails and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install area divider(s), as indicated on the drawings; Temporally remove existing exterior roof ladder to facilitate new work, scrape, prime, paint ladder and reinstall, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new prefinished aluminum gutters, downspouts and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new exterior steps and anodized aluminum handrails to rooftop mechanical room and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings; Provide and install new FRP door, hardware, threshold and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. Modify existing hollow metal door frame as required to suit revised door height, paint door frame. Color as selected by the Architect. |
