Plumbing Contractor Services

To provide Plumbing Services on an as needed basis for Facilities/Maintenance Department and CIP SPLOST Program. A. Removal installation and/or repair of various size water and sewer lines and various types of piping material such as copper, galvanized, steel, PVC, black iron, cast iron, lead and glass. B. Complete renovation of restrooms and locker rooms including but not limited to the removal and replacement of commodes, urinals, sinks, shower trees, underground and in the wall piping, valves, traps, vent stacks, flush valves, various fixtures and accessories; demolition, repair and/or replacement of walls and floors to include block plaster, drywall, concrete, terrazzo, and ceramic tile. In some cases, complete walls and floors may be required to be retiled. C. Removal and installation of various size water heaters. D. Removal and installation of small lift station pumps. E. Clean out sewer lines. F. All galvanized pipe and fittings must be American made. G. All PVC pipe and fittings must be schedule 40 unless otherwise authorized by the School Board.
