Freeport Street Reconstruction Phase 1

This Project will consist of the removal & replacement of a curb and gutter concrete roadway section, for seven residential streets and one commercial street. Street reconstructions will further include lime stabilized subgrade for all roadways, sidewalk and driveways removal & replacement, stretches of new storm sewer improvements connecting to existing city trunk lines, and one tie-in to a major open-ditch roadway section at 2nd Street. The Streets to be reconstructed are 5th St., 6th St., 7th St., 8th St.,10th St., Lynn St., Avalon St. (residential); as well as Arbutus St (commercial).

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
