The Contractor shall perform site work, and minor concrete repairs to the walkways, parking pad and foundation. Interior tank repairs include but are not limited to minor steel repairs to the roof structure, replacing the overflow weir box, minor pit repairs, and miscellaneous repairs. Exterior repairs include replacing the roof vent, installing roof rigging ports, antennae brackets, a new mast, and upgrading the roof safety rail to a larger enclosure including additional handrails and enclosure. Interior (dry) area work includes replacing the lower flute mandoor, modifications and upgrades to the lower overflow pipe, flute vents, upper flute manway, platform enclosures, and miscellaneous safety upgrades including changing out lightbulbs, and repairing a ground wire. Interior (dry) Work will also include removing the insulation on the influent/effluent piping for cleaning and painting and re-installing the insulation. As part of the Contract all existing protective coatings shall be removed on the exterior and interior (wet) and a new coating system applied. Interior (dry) cleaning and painting will be isolated and localized in nature.
