Description

The Town of Merigold, Bolivar County, Mississippi, will receive bids for the construction of a lighted pedestrian walking trail between Park Street and N. Front _Street for a total project length of 0.38 miles, Federal Aid Project. a Cashiers check, Certified Check on a solvent bank or a Bidders Bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to operate in the State of Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the Town of Merigold as bid security.to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%)
