Description

This project consists of, but is not limited to: Project is to upgrade existing HVAC Pipe Vault #2 to eliminate water intrusion and drive/parking/ site drainage to reduce puddles in nearby parking area The scope of work is as follows: A. HVAC Vault 2 1. Neatly cut pavement around vault 2, excavate. 2. Store or remove material. 3. Remove existing steel risers. 4. Replace with new taller riser. 5. Backfill to slope towards new catch basin with gravel and compact. 6. Pave to slope towards new catch basin to the north. 7. Install new Link seals on seven pipes. B. New catch basins 1. Cut pavement, Excavate. 2. Store or remove material. 3. Install compacted base gravel. 4. Install four (4) new catch basins 5. Install new pipe to dry well from three (3) south located catch basins 6. Connect to existing storm pipe for north catch basin 7. Backfill with gravel and compact. 8. Pave to blend with existing pavement and slope towards grass area C. New Dry well 1. Excavate for new dry well in island lawn area in front of weeks. 2. Install base stone. 3. Provider and Install new `Storm -Tech` dry well structure. 4. Install pipe to new south side catch basin. 5. Back fill with stone. 6. Top stone with landscape fabric. 7. Top with topsoil. 8. Plant grass seed, install mulch, water
