| Description | The City of Garden City Electric Department is soliciting bids for underground conduit and street light installation for 2023. Bids shall be made on printed forms, which may be obtained from the City Electric Department. Electronic bids will also be accepted via email. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. |
