| Description | The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and services necessary to provide and install JFHQ-Conference Room Audio-Visual Equipment as described below. CLIN 0001 - Provide and install eleven (11 ea) Laser Projectors with at least 4,500 lumens of brightness and compatible with HDMI, USB, VGA, AV, and laptop in selected conference rooms per site survey per Exhibit A, all equipment installed shall have a minimum three year extended manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of existing equipment. During the first year of the three year extended manufacturer's warranty, the contractor shall also service/maintain as necessary all installed equipment for a period of one (1) year. | ||
