Springdale Wastewater Lagoon Improvements Sand Filtration

The Town of Springdale (Owner) is seeking proposals from suppliers/manufacturers, with firm prices, of equipment for the treatment of the effluent wastewater from the lagoons to lower the TSS and phosphorus to appropriate levels (see treatment goals section). The proposals will only be accepted by suppliers that provide references for 10 operational filter systems less than 1 MGD in capacity located in the United States. Of the filter systems, at least three of the plants shall have been in service at least 5 years. The filter systems will be designed and constructed around the selected filter equipment and a separate bid will be awarded to a General Contractor at a later date for building and assembly of the selected equipment as well as other ancillary equipment and materials necessary for the lagoon improvements project. Selected supplier will work as a sub-contractor for the General Contractor who wins the bid for the filtration system.
