Los Angeles Aerial Rapid Transit (ART) Gondola System

Plans call for the construction of a 1.25-mile, aerial gondola system, that will accommodate 5,000 passengers per hour. Further scope has not been released. As of January 2023, this project is in the early planning stages, and received innovative mobility partnership approval from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Office of Extraordinary Innovation. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
