Mills County Annex Building Renovation Rebid

The award and notice to proceed will be conditioned upon receipt of a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid amount. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid total must accompany the bid in a separate attached envelope. The bidder and an acceptable surety company authorized to do business in the State of Iowa should in the form of a certified check or a bid bond execute bid security. A certified or cashier's check drawn on a solvent Iowa bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interests of the County.
