Police Department Carpet Replacement

Replace the flooring in the City Hall Police Department (300 E Main Street) basement and replacement of all cove base molding in City Hall second floor office area. Work will include carpet removal and haul away (577 square yards); floor preparation; moving office furniture as needed; installation of luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl panel, and carpet tile; and replacement of all cove base molding in both the Police Department basement as part of the flooring project and the second floor office space (approximately 2,064 linear feet). The amount of flooring needed for each type is as follows: Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT): 144 square feet, to be installed in the Police Dispatch Center on raised platform tiles. Please include pricing for an LVT such as 5M317 CIMMERIAN 5.0 from Shaw Floors, or another LVT of equal quality, to be determined by the City. Luxury Vinyl Panel (LVP): 1,220 square feet, to be installed in entrances and walkways. Please include pricing for an LVP such as Power Play 5MM (V5020) or Timeless (V5011) from J&J Flooring, or another LVP of equal quality, to be determined by the City. Carpet Tile: 480 square yards, to be installed in office areas. Please include pricing for a carpet tile such as Naturalist Modular (7572), Schematic (7091), or Impact Modular (7978) from J&J Flooring, or another carpet tile of equal quality, to be determined by the City.
