Construction Management at Risk for Three Points Elementary School Comprehensive Renovation Project

A comprehensive project for Three Points Elementary School located at 4001 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822. This project consists of remodeling, renovations and possible additions to the existing campus of approximately 92,600 GSF and thirteen acres to provide improved facilities to house educational programs which meet Orange County Public Schools’ Design Guidelines, Design Standards and assigned educational program requirements. All identified life safety, fire, accessibility code deficiencies, and ongoing maintenance issues shall be corrected. Construction will be phased on an occupied campus. Temporary portables may be required in the phasing effort. General scope items within the existing buildings include, but aren’t limited to, remodeling, renovation and improvement to structural elements, building envelope, exterior finishes, interior finishes, instructional technologies and mechanical, electrical, lighting, data, communications and security systems. General scope items in the site package include, but aren’t limited to renovation, improvement, replacement and/or expansion of existing parking areas, parent loop, bus loop, physical education facilities, playgrounds, exterior walkways and canopies, site lighting, site signage, underground utilities, storm water retention, landscaping and irrigation. Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
