Griffin Bell Conference Center Renovation and Addition

The scope of this project includes the rehabilitation of architecturally significant portions of the original clubhouse, which would be completed in conjunction with selective demolition of the 1970 addition. The scope also includes the construction of a 4,000 square-foot addition, which would likely be situated on the north side of the Center so as not to detract from the roof line or facade of the original historic structure. The building program would contain work and meeting spaces for entrepreneurs, students, and the community, while continuing to honor Judge Bell’s legacy by serving as a place that cultivates the advancement of learning, service, professionalism, and community.
