Bid No. 20-557THA-ENGCO-B-15654 The location is Tri-State Tollway (I-94) at Mile Post 7.5. Complete removal of existing four span bridge and replace with two span bridge at Stearns School Road over the Tri-State Tollway (I-94), guardrail installation, landscaping and erosion control, under bridge lighting, drainage improvements and remove and replace existing culverts under bridge, median shoulder reconstruction under the bridge on the Tri-State Tollway (I-94), outside shoulder widening on the Tri-State Tollway (I-94), reconstruction of Stearns School Road related to bridge replacement, traffic maintenance along the Tri-State Tollway (I-94), and traffic maintenance along Stearns School Road utilizing a detour along Hunt Club Road, Grand Avenue, and Dilleys Road.
