Industrial Maintenance Renovation

Renovate the existing Welding Technology Program area for the Industrial Maintenance program at Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Crump. Add Alt. #1 - Overhead Doors; Add Alt. #2 - New Metal Wall panels. Scope of Work includes interior renovations and upgrades to existing college campus for the Industrial Maintenance Program. Work will be performed on the Main Campus of TCAT- Crump located at 3070 US-64, Crump, Tennessee. B. Daily cleaning of the facility in the areas of construction will be required to the satisfaction of the Owner's Representative, as Classes will remain in session during the entire construction process. C. All construction employees must have identification badges from their employing contractor while on site and a sign-in roster will be required for control. D. Smoking is not permitted within building structures, construction area or within 50 feet of the building. Smoking is permitted within personal vehicles. E. Parking should be coordinated with Campus prior to Construction. The Drawings indicate a general Construction parking and staging area. If more parking area is needed the Contractor will have to coordinate that with his subs as parking within identified staff and student area will not be allowed. There is no "on street" parking allowed in this area.
