Sioux County School Addition

As of April 25, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Sealed Bids for the construction of a new grade school classroom wing, and a new auxiliary gymnasium, of which will be an addition to the existing Middle/High School in Harrison, Nebraska. The physical address is 435 Kate Street, Harrison, Nebraska 69346. Approximately 16,002 square feet of new building space, to include all facets of building construction to be used as classrooms, a gymnasium, and restrooms. There will be site work that will include a new playground area for the grade school as well as a substantial regrading that will be required. The building structure is primarily of a masonry design with steel support structure. A fire suppression system will be part of the new addition. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid.
