San Juan Regional Medical Center - 5th Floor Women`s Inpatient Services Update

Renovations and improvements to portions of the 5th Floor Inpatient Women’s Services area to include LDRP rooms, Staff Core Areas, Nurse Stations, portions of the Nursery, and the Elevator Lobby. Demolition of existing partitions, floor covering, ceilings, miscellaneous finishes, and portions of existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. New partitions, floor covering, ceiling systems; installation of interior architectural woodwork, wood doors, hollow metal door frames, toilet and miscellaneous accessories; painting and repainting; and renovation of, and additions to, existing mechanical and electrical systems. This work will require the installation of a temporary exterior materials lift at one of two existing concrete lift pads. Construction traffic from the temporary lift may need to cross a corridor used by patient traffic at certain peak times during the day. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction traffic with the Owner during these peak times, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the patient corridor per ICRA requirements. 2.
