Description

This project includes the installation of a roll-up garage door to the existing Paleo Water Treatment Plant Chemical Building. The work shall include the removal of the CMU wall, bracing of the opening, installing of the proposed roll-up door, and all necessary incidental work. 1. Remove existing CMU wall at the location of the proposed roll-up door. 2. Bracing and structurally supporting the exposed opening from the CMU removal. 3. Reworking and pouring the concrete apron for the door. 4. Installation of the roll-up door, lintel, and incidentals 5. All other work to provide a complete installation of a roll-up door retrofit to the existing building.
