Darlington County Water & Sewer Authority Phase 22A - Water Service Lines

Scope of work includes the installation of approx. 59 water services, 34,328 lf of service line (3/4" - 1-1/2") to private line tie-in. Construction Cost Range: $600,000 - $750,000 100% Performance & Payment bonds, 5% Bid bond are required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents including Davis-Bacon and American Iron & Steel provisions (AIS). Prospective bidders must implement procedures using Good Faith Efforts that ensure DBE firms are given opportunities for meaningful participation if subcontracts are awarded as per SRF Appendix A-"Equivalency". *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $600,000 - $750,000
