Description

Contractor will remove isolated areas of the asphalt overlay as defined by the Engineer. Removed asphalt overlay tailings will be the property of the contractor and hauled away by the contractor. The Contractor will remove the overlay without damaging the concrete deck. The contractor is responsible for any damage caused during the removal of the overlay. Perform structural pothole patching (full depth) utilizing Rapid Setting Hydraulic Cement -3/4 inch mix, install a waterproofing membrane,and replace the HMA.
