Scalp Ave Signal Improvements

This project is for the replacement of antiquated signal equipment at 20 intersections in seven municipalities throughout Cambria County. Work includes replacing controllers, signal heads, wire and detection at the following locations – Richland Township (10 locations), City of Johnstown (5 locations), Geistown Borough, Conemaugh Township, Cresson Township, Cresson Borough, Ebensburg Borough (1 location each) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
