1 - 4 ton and 2 - 5 ton, single phase 208/240 Volt air conditioning system for use in the Mercedes Personnel Building. All labor included in replacement and removal but not disposal of old units. All units should have 12,000 BTUs per ton. Unit with hail guards Unit with proper curb guards Include all permits for job Page 2 of 2 Check entire system for safety and efficiency and tie into existing supply and return air duct system Check and adjust system air flow in building Use existing power panels Use existing roof top mounts Replace air flow registers plastic downward deflection Ensure to place proper sealant around items require to prevent water leakage Update thermostat to standard operation controls and provide operation manual
