Multi-Step Invitation for Bid (MS-IFB) to establish a term contract with properly licensed contractors to provide annual inspections, seasonal repairs and cleaning, preventive maintenance, and other repairs to the boilers, hot water heating appliances, and pressure vessels in the County.
