Cheyenne Cemeteries Irrigation System Replacement for the City of Cheyenne - Removal of existing irrigation equipment and the installation of a new irrigation system, booster pumps, and electrical upgrades. Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00. Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding. 1. Alternate No. 1 Install a complete irrigation system at the Jewish/IOOF Cemetery Irrigation. Installation to include the 4" mainline from just downstream of the flow sensor at Beth El Cemetery as well as the 3" mainline from zone 58A at Beth El Cemetery. Gate valves feeding both of these mainline sections are to be included in the base bid amount. The point of connection modifications, booster pump and electrical service are not included in Alternate No. 1. 2. Alternate No. 2 Complete point of connection modifications and install the booster pump and electrical service at Jewish/IOOF Cemetery. Provide pipe and fittings as required to connect to the existing irrigation system at the cemetery. 3. Alternate No. 3 The base bid includes preparation for seeding of trenches and disturbed areas by the Contractor with seeding completed by the Owner. For Alternate No. 3, provide a price to seed disturbed areas at Beth El and Lakeview Cemeteries. All existing turf grassed surfaces including but not limited to mainline trenches, pot holes, and all other areas disturbed during construction shall be restored by seeding by the Contractor.
