Phase II Remodel of ATCOG Emergency Operation Center

The work to be executed as herein described and shown on the drawings entitled Phase II: New Building Addition for ATCOG Emergency Operation Center in the city of Texarkana, TX 75503. New construction consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary or reasonably incidental to complete the construction of the aforementioned project on a site shown and described on the drawings. The general construction consists new construction of a 568 sq. ft. building addition, interior remodel, roof/fascia/soffit replacement and repairs, and site repairs/upgrades. The bid will also include alternates for replacing existing windows, painting the exterior masonry, and construction of a new entrance tower. Construction consists generally of exterior and interior demolition, rough carpentry, spray foam insulation, masonry, interior finishes, drywall, acoustical ceiling, windows, doors and frames, hardware, painting, storage accessories, interior signage, roofing and trim, mechanical, plumbing, electrical.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
