5th Street Improvements - Street and Utilities Improvements

Project will consist of a base bid, with 3 add alternatives. The project shall consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly design, fabricate, construct, inspect and test the construction items required for the reconstruction and utility improvements on 5th Street, from I-35 to Bosque Boulevard and including several arterial streets. The project requires all site work, labor, equipment, and materials complete and in place as stated in the RFB, shown on the plans, and specified herein. Project will be managed by CP&Y Engineering in conjuction with the City.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
