Description | Each bidder must inform himself fully of the conditions relating to this project and the employment of labor thereon. Remove portions of existing buildings in the following sequence: Remove and store for reinstallation, gate controls, fencing and other materials as required to facilitate the removal of paving as indicated. Maintain Owner access as needed for operations. Coordinate removal work and closures with Owner's schedule for deliveries. Remove existing pavement as indicated in civil drawings. Dispose of demolished and waste materials as allowed in the Pre-Construction meeting or as required by the Contract Documents |
