Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal

Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services at Air Force Research Laboratory Rome Research Site: contractor shall provide the following services on a firm-fixed price basis: all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance is performed at AFRL Rome Research Site, Rome, NY in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall provide snow removal services to maintain accessible roads, walkways and adjacent areas for two Government agencies located at the Rome Research Site at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park in Rome NY - the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate (AFRL/RRS) and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Snow Control.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 41 -	Material Processing and Handling Equipment.
