| Description | General landscaping within the City of Elkhart River District, which encompasses the Riverwalk, Town Green, Riverwalk Plaza at JA Drive Node, Lundquist Bicentennial Park, sidewalks, street trees, East Jackson and Elkhart Avenue medians and related facilities. Scope of services for the landscape maintenance include but not limited to the following tasks: lawn mowing, herbicide and fertilizer application, general tree and shrub pruning, planting bed maintenance, hardwood mulch replacement, sidewalk and Riverwalk pathway cleaning and maintenance and trash pickup. Five year contract term after April 20, 2021 and expires on November 1, 2025 with a potential extension of an additional five years. |
