| Description | The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a time and materials contract with one or more qualified sources that can provide on-call electrical repair services for the various Department of Motor Vehicles locations listed here. Any resulting contracts shall not guarantee any business to any Contractor, but provide a method to obtain services on an as needed basis. If a bidder has questions about the solicitation, questions shall be emailed to Randy Hart at randy.hart@dmv.virginia.gov . Randy Hart is the single point of contact for this procurement.
