Central Maui Landfill Phase III-B, Part 1 & 2 & Related Improvements Site Work This project will primary consist of construction of approximately 8.5 acres of lined disposal cell, Phase III-B, at the Central Maui Landfill. Construction of the disposal cell will include demolition of existing facilities, excavation, grading, exposure of solid waste, structural fill, composite liner construction, and development of support structures, such as roads, and drainage channels.
