Description

This project consists of the construction utilities, roadway, and drainage infrastructure for the Reunion Metropolitan District associated with Reunion Village 9 located in an undeveloped area south of 104th Avenue and west of Potomac Street in Commerce City, CO. Utility improvements include potable & non-potable water lines and sanitary sewer. Roadway improvements include curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and concrete pavement, traffic signals, pavement markings, and signage. Drainage improvements include underdrain, storm sewer, and detention pond construction.
