Description | Project consists of painting the interior walls within the main chapel in building 3, replacing two glass window pieces, and removing and replacing the flooring as shown in the drawings. The contractor must also perform asbestos testing and abatement for the planned disturbed areas. The ceiling and all doors and frames will remain in their current conditions. If a base access pass is needed for any individuals who are interested in attending, please send notification of interest to attend and the first name, middle initial, and last name of those who require a base access pass by NLT 10:00 AM AKDT 6 July 2023 to stephany.briceno@us.af.mil and terrell.singleton@us.af.mil. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no future site visits scheduled. All questions are due by Wednesday, 12 July 2023, 10:30 AM AKDT. Please note visitor(s) must present a valid Federal or State issued ID at the time of issue of the Visitor Pass. Visitor must also present valid registration and proof of insurance of the vehicle they are operating at the time, regardless of vehicle ownership. If not driving or unable to present registration and/or proof of insurance, they will be issued a "Non-driver" pass and will need other transportation. The Government will not provide transportation to the site visit. NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $45M The award resulting from this solicitation will be a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. This acquisition has been set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. Period of performance for this action is 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c).
