Description

Elevator contractors with a minimum five-year record of successful experience in the business of installing, modernizing, and servicing elevators of the direct hydraulic type outlined in the Scope of Services (defined herein), and replacing in-ground hydraulic elevator jack and power unit (the “Project”). The Project is located at the Village on Park, 2300 S. Park Street, Madison, WI 53713 (the “Property”), and involves work related to the replacement of the existing power unit and underground hydraulic jack on a 1968 vintage Dover hydraulic passenger elevator. The Property is owned by the CDA.
