| Description | The professional support will include annual fire safety, casualty and sanitation inspections, code compliance inspections; plans review; maintenance project inspections; property management and construction management and support for planning and program activities. Proposals cannot be from firms that have or expect to have architectural or engineering design work with Bay District Schools. Personnel supporting the District in areas of inspections and plans review must be registered architects or engineers or licensed under Chapter 468, F.S. It is acceptable for firms submitting proposals to use persons who are licensed in more than one area. The contract will be for one year (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) with four renewal options. |
