| Description | Remove Existing Roof and Install New EPDM Roof at 2290 Bedford Ave, Pittsburgh PA, 15219. Work to be performed: 1. Tear off existing built-up roofing on main roof and pop-up roof 2. Remove wall flashings 3. Tear out metal gutter lining 4. Inspect roof deck 5. Install insulation to roof deck -R-30 6. Install required RFS strips 7. Fully adhere .060 EPDM membrame to deck and walls 8. Flash corners and pipe penetrations 9. Install proper wood blocking and new plywood to pop-up to be able to install EPDM 10. Install new vent in wall of pop-up 11. Line box gutter with EPDM and flash to specifications 12. Wall tie-in will need to be flashed to neighboring roofs 13. Install counter flashing on chimney and drip edge at front of roof 14. All work to be done to Manufacturer's Specification and include 20 year warranty 15. Clean up all debris and dispose of properly |
