Notice is hereby given that Bremen High School District # 228 is accepting sealed bids for: 2023 Asbestos Abatement Projects. Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: Asbestos Abatement- Oak Forest High School Sealed Bids will be received by Bremen High School District # 228 at the date and time stated below: PLACE: Bremen High School District Office 15233 South Pulaski Road Midlothian, IL 60445 The Pre-Bid meeting will begin at Bremen High School Pre-qualification of all bidders in this bid phase is required prior to the bid due date. If you are not currently pre-qualified, please visit the following website. Any questions about the process or steps should be directed to prequal@pepperconstruction.com. The competency and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in making awards. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Environmental Consultant for this project is Pepper Environmental Technologies, Inc. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Peggy James. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to negotiate contract terms with various Bidders, and to waive all formalities or irregularities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's best interests.
