Removal Reconstruction and Upgrades to The Roof of The Palmer Lake Town Hall

The Palmer Lake Town Hall is a historic structure. The trusses of the roof are thoroughly damaged and currently cause a hazard, as the entire top portion requires replacement. The circumstances of this damage are covered by the Town’s insurance. Currently, the roof is temporarily shored in order to utilize the building in limited fashion. It is imperative that this work be timely and safe. Scope of Work. Bids shall include upgraded electrical work for the ceiling area only. Reference to all material is laid out in the enclosed documents provided by an Engineer. Contractor shall be responsible to protect the interior of the building through all inclement weather. The Town of Palmer Lake may request supplementary work including, but not limited to, updating restroom(s) and entrance for ADA compliance, upgrading electrical throughout building, and possible plumbing.
