| Description | The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required to furnish and install the specified audio/visual components, including all cabling, connections, brackets, and associated components to upgrade the Countywide audio/visual capabilities to enable departments to conduct virtual conferences and meetings with internal and external parties in order to reduce the requirements for staff to be physically present for the meetings. The upgrade potentially includes nineteen (19) County Buildings, which has potentially thirty (30) conference rooms, and three (3) offices included in this project. The County reserves the right to change, add and/or remove locations included in this renovation project, in order to best serve the needs of the County.
